1.3 Consumer Sales Only
We sell our products only to consumers for private use. Commercial resale of our products is strictly prohibited. These Terms are designed to comply with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
2.1 Product Information
We sell premium soap products. All product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer to sell.
2.2 Placing an Order
When you place an order through our online store by clicking the "Place Order" or equivalent button, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the products. You remain bound to this offer for 14 days after placing the order, subject to your statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 4).
2.3 Order Confirmation
We will send you an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is merely an acknowledgment. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a separate confirmation of acceptance or by dispatching the products to you.
2.4 Product Availability
If we cannot fulfil your order because a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund any payment already received without delay.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are additional and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

3.3 Payment Processing
Payment must be made at the time of ordering (prepayment). We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
4.1 Delivery Time
Products are dispatched from our warehouse after receipt of payment. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (UK & EU CONSUMERS)
As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
5.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
5.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
5.4 Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5.5 Exception for Hygiene Products
Please note: Our soap products are sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once their seal has been removed after delivery. Therefore, your right of withdrawal may be excluded if you have opened the product packaging and broken the seal.
6. 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In addition to your statutory rights under Section 5, we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for your peace of mind.
6.1 How It Works
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product (used or unused) within 60 days of the fulfilment date for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
6.2 How to Claim
To initiate a return under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

We will provide you with return instructions and our return address

Return the product (with or without original packaging) to the address provided

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
6.3 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
6.4 Relationship to Statutory Rights
This Satisfaction Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under Section 5 or any other consumer protection laws. You may choose to exercise either your statutory right of withdrawal (within 14 days) or this Satisfaction Guarantee (within 60 days), whichever is most beneficial to you.
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
7.1 Statutory Warranty
We are liable for material defects and defects of title in accordance with applicable statutory provisions, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and equivalent EU consumer protection laws. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
7.2 Limitation Period
Your statutory warranty rights last for two (2) years from the date of delivery of the goods, as required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 General
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.2 Liability for Breach
Subject to Section 8.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our breach of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Milde & Co or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
The Milde & Co name and logo are trademarks of Milde & Co. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

For customers in the United Kingdom, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.2 EU Customers
For customers in the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
14.3 Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for EU consumers at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, but we are committed to resolving disputes amicably where possible.
